
CHIA NSW recently conducted an independent Tenant Satisfaction Survey for the Organisation. The findings of the survey highlighted that , in comparison to the NRSCH thresholds, CHCA comfortably outperformed all three thresholds; overall satisfaction by 19% points (94% satisfied this year); repairs and maintenance by 16% points (91% satisfied this year), and condition of home by 19% points (94% satisfied this year).
