The Tenancy Support Officer has an important role providing direct tenancy sustainment support for participants in the programs. The role has a range of diverse responsibilities ranging across tenancy support and mentoring, case coordination and advocacy and working with stakeholders.

The Tenancy Support Officer will report directly to the Co-Ordinator Community Housing Projects and work alongside the Community Housing Officers (CHO’s) who are responsible for the program’s tenancy and property management roles along with reporting of program outcomes.

The Program is currently funded until June 2025. However, with other management tenders and the likelihood of existing programs being extended, the position of a Tenancy Support Officer is being offered as a permanent position.
